The Consultancy Group is partnering with a major global consumer business based in Asia to recruit a highly experienced OTC Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale, multi-country SAP S/4HANA and operating model transformation.

This is a senior, hands-on role for an OTC expert who can shape global process design, drive change across regions, and work closely with executive leaders to deliver a world-class Order-to-Cash function.

The Opportunity

Our client is embarking on a significant global transformation programme focused on harmonising processes, data and technology across multiple markets. As the Global OTC Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and deploying the future OTC operating model spanning people, process and technology.

You will work closely with tower leads, programme leadership and local market teams to standardise processes, manage cross-functional delivery, and ensure the successful rollout of SAP-enabled OTC processes across the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and coordinating the end-to-end OTC transformation across global markets

  • Supporting the OTC Tower Lead and managing workstreams across people, process and technology

  • Defining global OTC standards in line with fit-to-standard principles and eliminating local variations

  • Overseeing operating model design, change adoption, and deployment planning

  • Supporting solution design and working with product teams, IT and implementation partners

  • Driving process excellence across pricing, rebates, contracts, sales orders, billing, returns, credit management and accounts receivable

  • Leading governance forums, managing risks, escalating issues and driving decision-making

  • Tracking value realisation, KPIs, compliance and performance across the OTC tower

  • Partnering with global leads, regional finance teams and transformation leaders

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, ideally 10–15 years

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP OTC, including pricing, trade terms, invoicing and AR

  • Proven experience in large-scale SAP transformation programmes, ideally multi-country

  • Strong business and analytical skillset, able to simplify complexity and influence senior decision-makers

  • Ability to work across regions, functions and cultures with confidence and credibility

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, resilient, “hands-on” mindset with the ability to drive outcomes in a dynamic environment

Desirable:

  • Finance background or accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

  • Experience in global operating model design and change management

Location & Travel

  • Based in Bangkok (preferred) or Singapore

  • Global travel expected up to 30%
